"HBOS was Schriptor's first customer to introduce this style of counter pen into their retail banking environment. The introduction followed discussions around the prototype and our preference to incorporate features which would assist customers with disabilities. These included a more tactile grip and a contrasting coloured pen rim within the holder.
We considered the final design impressive and the pens have been used in most of our branches now for over a year. "
